There is this random kid who lives in my in laws house with us and he has a puppy that has chewed up some of my albums. Can I kill him?

He is my brother in laws friend. His name is Jebadiah, I think he warrants at least a beating just for that! I feel bad because the dog is adorable but he's not trained because this kid is a douchebag!
@portableteejay: There were 3 albums that the dog got to and they were all Z's. Two were Frank Zappa and one ZZ Top. The issue is that these albums have no monetary value, they are all that I have left of my father who died when I was 11. So, can't I kill him?
