I met a really cute girl with it the other day.
I made fun of her because she couldn't drink beer.
I agree. I thought I had it once and it made me sad for a few days that I would never get to enjoy french bread again until they found out I was okay.
My cat pukes all over the place whenever she manages to steal a noodle. Thankfully, she's a carnivore.
@Little Bill - what is that restaurant called? i'd love to know for the next time i'm in NY.
@drewmar, I'll have to look it up when I get home, I'm out on the town at the moment.
It has the stupidest name, but the food's pretty good. It's called Gourmet Land. No joke. It's on 1588 2nd Avenue. This is their website: http://www.gourmetlandny.com/

It's pretty rough. I'm dating a girl with celiac disease. So far she's been pretty impressed with the lengths at which I go to find a nice place for her to dine (or cook for her.) Recently I found an all gluten/soy-free chinese restaurant in the Upper East Side. She nearly did backflips. :)
