I actually want to have *real* conversations with many of you that I have added to my team. How do you suggest we do that? I can download any IM software in extistence and have google talk, yahoo, and AIM! I actually like some of you :D

This sounds like a tricky situation. I mean, you actually like *some* of us, and you would like to have real conversations with *many* of us, but not all of us, but you want suggestions on how to chat with people. But what if your suggestions come from people you have no desire to talk to, and who will then expect to chat with you via those applications?
