New York Magazine covers Offsprung's community name dispute
http://nymag.com/daily/intel/2008/04/neal_pollack_and_rufus_griscom.htmlBabble.com, known for stealing images out of people's Flickr feeds, has stolen the name of Offsprung's parenting community. Also, the editor of Babble wrote the editor of Offsprung a very snarky condescending email about it. What a jerk!

I don't really understand the problem. The playground, or playground, is a generic that EVERY parent will say at some point in their parenthood. In fact, the offsprung ppl even said as much in that link up there.
So what's with all the hoopla?
Internet dad fight!
Personally I enjoy the use of the term "kinda tacky", and, well... hipster parents should be teaching their kids to play nice, so why shouldn't their parents do the same?
Bitchy blogs it and snippy e-mails? Way to act like big boys, Offsprung and Babble.

Those motherfuckers!
