Turn-offs: Gamblers, drug addicts, and people who are rude to servers and bartenders.

@skipbreakfast: Well, there goes our potential relationship.
A-bloody-men. And I'd add disrespect for hip-hop, sports and geeky things to the list. I don't mind if she dislikes either, so much, but thinking she's "above" such interests is the kiss of death.
Sorry gals. I can't accept mandatory horror movie appreciation any more than I expect you to tolerate my appreciation of powernoise, grindcore, or dubstep.
Oh, driving SUVs without having a tangible or occupational need to do so is also bad.
@val: I agree about the horror movies. I can't be with someone who won't watch them.
Oh, and I HATE drug addicts. Especially when they are addicted to anti-depressants but they won't admit it.
I used to not date smokers. Then I dated a smoker who gave the best head ever. Totally worth a few smokey kisses.
smokers give good head because they all have oral fixation problems :P
I don't get drug addicts...I mean that's so much money that you could gamble instead!
+disrespect for my faith. I don't care if you don't believe in the same things that I do, just don't put me down because I'm a Christian.
+alcoholism. I don't deal well with people who are angry drunks. Bad vibes.
+gun obsessed. Nope. Guns are one of my phobias. Swords, however, are acceptable.
+other various and sundry unlikable problems like racism, sexism, homophobia, classism, weightism etc, etc. I agree with the smoking thing. I refuse to let someone I care about pay to slowly kill themselves.
@skipbreakfast: I can. When a guy says he doesn't like horror movies, it can be read as being afraid of horror movies. If a dude can't even watch a "scary" movie with you, how is he going to protect you in a dark alleyway or throw you over his shoulder and ravish you, etc?
I mean, srsly.
Not to shit on anyone but one thing I never got are people who are against smoking "because they are slowly killing themselves" but defend being overweight. Because seriously? You're still slowly killing yourself by being overweight.
Intellectual integrity for the win.
For the record, I'll date smokers, and I'll date people who are overweight (to a degree).
I get turned off by people that are obviously trying to be something that is unnatural to them. I can't stand people that are way into money. I don't like boys I could beat up. I can't stand cowards and douches too into what everyone else is thinking about them. I need someone that can go out shooting and hiking and stuff with me rather than hang out at the Starbucks and talk about generic bands that they think are awesome because no one has heard of them yet.
I hate generic human beings.
Yes, being overweight causes health problems, but many people have weight issues for other reasons than they choices they make.
Also, just because a person is fat doesn't mean they are unhealthy as you think they are. Thin people are not immune from having high cholesterol or heart problems.
I don't want reverse cowgirl to be more like reverse rowboat, you know?
@valkyrie: what a load of bullshit. I just don't get off on gore and violence. Frankly, it bothers me.
@ilikedginger: doesn't everybody? If I want to be scared, I'll visit my mother and let her drive.
What about if you go to the movies with your mother? You still get off?
Umm, not getting my jokes/references, not being okay with me smoking, dislike/allergies to cats, sloppy mannerisms and behavior, boarderline alcoholism, innablity to have fun, not appriciating my general being.
Okay, that last one is kinda a joke. Kinda...
If you aren't passionate about SOMETHING (Other than your looks, your possessions, or your ability to get women in bed) it's not going to work. I care a lot about making the world a better place.
I need someone who feels the same way.
@mizzchelle: I agree with that. TOO many people seem to just want to exist and that's that. It's just...sad.
I'd tolerate your appreciation of powernoise, grindcore, and dubstep.
Mainly because I love that stuff.
And I hate horror movies too. I like spy thrillers; I don't like gratuitous violence. *shrug*

All of the above + disinterest (or downright dislike) of horror movies
