looking for a serious amount of stress relief... suggestions?

Drink tea, specifically chamomile and mint.
If you're really bad off, go to a health food store and find some kava kava. Tastes like dirt but will seriously relax you.
Get a pet. Having something soft and furry that loves you is a great stress relief.
A quick walk or bike ride if the weather is nice outside... a break that is good for you from whatever is stressing you out. Also, masturbation/sex (yay, endorphins!). Or a bag of your favorite chips (crunchy = stress slayer).
