Oops, I did it again!

The Mac Mini is going to be connected to the TV so we can watch Hulu and podcasts and stuff on the 52-incher. The Airport Extreme lives downstairs on my desk with the printer and the new 500gb drive named "Ghost" which is currently accepting an 80gb Time Machine backup over the network. I am pretty pissed that the Airport Extreme all of a sudden doesn't feature an audio port like my Airport Express does. Also, I need more power squids.
I am excited about the tiny little bluetooth keyboard with the Mini, but I have a feeling I will use the screen sharing more often.
I very nearly did this myself, but I realized that for the same money I could build a much more heavily pimped out Linux-based mythTV box. I also realized I have a $6000 balance on my credit cards, and should pay that off before doing either one.
Yeah, I just want to use GT! and watch my own podcast on the big screen.
Oh god, I am right now typing on the giant screen via Back-to-my-mac. This is totally awesomely pointlessly over complicated and redundant!
The Airport Extreme is ridiculously overpriced and Apple's current keyboards are their worst yet. No numeric keypad? Seriously? What a joke.
If you bought the MyBook at the Apple Store, then I'm sure it was ridiculously overpriced also. Costco has the 1TB edition with Firewire for like $239. But the mini is nice. I should upgrade my slow G4 mini someday.
I'd consider going with an Apple TV someday, but my CIR Engineering-calibrated Mitsubishi 65" CRT doesn't accept 720p, only 1080i, so it's kinda worthless to me.
Airport Express, however, is teh awesome! I have one in nearly every room in the house - my music is with me, always.
as much as I love apple's new keyboards, I agree with Soul, I really miss my num pad! I would buy the wired version, but this one fits perfectly on my desk.
yay for new hardware. especially tiny hardware. i got a little asus eee pc.
I am now really digging using the Remote Buddy iPhone app. It gets me pretty close my ideal music control scenario, where I can listen anywhere and control anywhere.
Someone went a little mac crazy at the store!
