Tomato Basil with lots of cheddar.
True ramen includes soup, but the $0.20 noodle packs are hardly true ramen.

Butter Nut Squash
Roasted Vegetable, usually pureed with cream
Any sort of dirty chinese soup with pork bones
Hong Kong style Borscht
Any and all Chowders

I love soup too! I love most anything you can give me (not tomato) and I make a great broccoli cream soup. There's a restaurant by my office that does three soup de jour. Three! Also, their soup doesn't suck. Sometimes soup can suck.
- Corn, bacon and cheddar chowder
- Pho
- Avgolemono
The best soup I ever had was a seafood chowder with halibut cheek at a restaurant in my hometown. The restaurant is now closed. It makes me sad.
