There are now RSS feeds/post-stream views on GT! for almost any combination of parameters you can think of.

All topics:

http://goteaminternet.com/topics

All topics (rss):

http://goteaminternet.com/topics/rss

All of my topics:

http://goteaminternet.com/people/ben_brown/topics

RSS feed of all of my topics:

http://goteaminternet.com/people/ben_brown/topics/rss

You can also do things like:

http://goteaminternet.com/links/tags/obama

http://goteaminternet.com/tags/food

And just slap a "/rss" on the end for the feed.

way to go, ben! thank you.

Ethan said, (200 days ago)

Ben, is there a feed for new items from just my team? That'd be boss.

sweet cuppin cakes said, (200 days ago)

I don't think you can authorize [log in] through RSS, but seeing as teams are already public as it is, it's possible they can be made for your [and everyone's] personal team.

benbrown said, (200 days ago)

Not yet! There will be team feeds soon, but I have to do some sort of funky authentication in the feed url as Johnny alluded to.

Skewgee said, (200 days ago)

got a ben brown approved RSS reader? seeing as we seem to follow you everywhere...

I use Google Reader. Good ol' GMail feel, minus all the feed reader confusion.

er. minus all the [usual] feed reader confusion.

this is brilliant. I am stoked.

I use the Brief extension for Firefox. I like it lots. It just... works.

If you want a desktop reader, NewsGator recently made NetNewsWire (Mac) and FeedDemon (Windows) freely downloadable. You can use them standalone or you can create an account to sync against (helps if you read your feeds on different devices/applications, the online account is also free and gives you a browser option which syncs feeds with your desktop client).If you are a heavy reader of feeds, I find this setup the best around. iPhone and Blackberry support as well.

The feeds need dates so we can import them into tumblr!

Ethan said, (200 days ago)

Incidentally, Ben, I like what you've done with the tabs up top. Now I can click on public photos again and again to see what today's lols are!

Skanko said, (200 days ago)

I'm afraid that if i start using RSS feeds, i will need something to tell me RSS feeds constantly. then i will get that. and then i'll go crazy and die.

benbrown said, (200 days ago)

@corey - Dates added!

@ethan - thanks!
