How about this: If I ever watch The Notebook with you, it's only because I'm taking to mean watching it will get me some action. There is no other reason I would ever watch that film.

I've never seen the notebook, nor do I plan to. I make guys watch "waiting for guffman" if they plan on getting any.
@WordNerd: guys put up a protest over "Waiting for Guffman"? That surprises me.
Really, this could apply to most chick flicks, but especially The Notebook.
