The new exercise program I'm doing has me doing lunges. I did some today for the first time...I'm already sore!

I went rock climbing for the first time ever last night. I can almost grip a coffee mug now, but it takes a lot of effort.
Lunges are brutal but so so effective. I have been sore for DAYS because of those things! I salute you, Jay!
I am not a fan of lunges. With 10 hours of dance a week, I'm assuming there's enough thigh work because I'll do anything to avoid lunges.
Those are harsh! We did them holding a medicine ball in my kickboxing class.
@JasAsian Yeah? Did you also use those trapezoid shaped weights with 250 lbs. written on them in big white letters? :D
They're SO HARD at first, but you'll see a difference so quickly!
