I'm going to see my favorite band of all time on Friday, on their 20th anniversary tour. This simultaneous makes me SUPER excited and also feel SUPER old.

Yeah, but, like, doesn't this just mean that you started listening to them when you were a kid?
i started listening to them when i was 14. i remember exactly.
but still...its kinda crazy.
Eh, it's not so bad.
I mean, think of how old the member of the band are. And I assume they still rock, right?
@bustie - yeah they are all 39 or 40 at this point. and they still kick ass every night. damn those old punk kids.
am i the only one here who doesn't know who this band is that you're going to see?
i'm sorry, skanko, that i don't know you're all-time favorite band. :(
hahahahah sorry rink! i didnt realize i didnt mention it.
THE BOUNCING SOULS!
ah! thank you! i felt so out of the loop!
but that's very exciting! i hope you have an uber-fantastic time!
hhahah i'm an idiot and didn't realize i didn't put the name anywhere up there. oops.
and thanks!
I was about to ask you if it was the jesus Lizard.
Bouncing Souls are cool though.
I saw them once too.
jesus lizard is actually playing here on new years, but if i go to a concert on new years eve it will be girltalk.
or the black keys.
but yeah the souls have a special place in my heart. ive seen them at least 10-15 times at this point.
@emm - sounds like you will have a great time at yours as well.
@suge - yeah they do, but for the party of it alone i'd go see girltalk if my nj peoples were here.

and they will undoubtedly be doing an accoustic set too, where they will most likely cover at least ONE misfits song. which makes me very happy as well.
