Yeah everyone was like 'OMG YOU'RE GOING TO BE EATEN ALIVE BY GIANT HAlF NAKED LESBIANS' but it was really quite a nice, friendly place. Even the fact that most of the people there were a) probably almost as old as my parents and b) wearing tiny leather shorts and harnesses was completely unperturbing.

Of course, if they do, the eating happens with some gusto.

I tried it once and it was the same for me.
I guess that I was the biggest freak there, even without goth makeup and whatnot.
Several fairly normal friends of mine have had similar experiences.
