Round the House's 118 days and the Senate's 180ish days to an even 150, we get:
$4.4 billion / 150 days = $29,333,333 per day
That's a lot of money to be wasting on adding more ridiculous complexities to the already 3.4 million word, 7500 page INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, in an attempt to save $150-200M.
