however, i will only be there for the first half, the "movie" part. i guess the music part doesn't start 'til mid-week? i didn't know this when i made plans. well, it's my first year and i'm just looking forward to the fest/Austin...though having looked at the line-up, there's a lot of cool bands i'll be missing.

@Garak, do you leave right away? I arrive the 17th. The film portion is the whole time 13th-22nd. And the music is the 18th-22nd.

@Matthew, come and be a street bum with me. I am going to only free shows, or no wristband shows, private showcases I can get guestlisted to, and playing on the sidewalks making friends and selling cd's!!

@Ben maybe we'll actually meet this year! Last year was not in the cards. What shows you have in mind?

@Chain Boy I am not playing with Papertrees, no. But if someone from Pop Montreal wants to scope me out, they can call me, seriously, and I'll play them songs! I am going sans band. ;)
