Sometimes I just don't feel like washing my hair. Have any dirty hair hiding tricks or products?

I wash my hair twice a week. I use Aveda products, so that helps, as they don't build up too much.
I only wash my hair a couple times a week. It isn't that good for your hair anyway.
I've heard baking soda or baby powder helps cut the grease, though I've never tried it.
I have long frizzy hair, so I try not to wash it every day. For 'second day hair' I just wear a ponytail, or use a hair "refresher" like tigi fast fixx or shikai mist & go. If you're trying to hold out, but feeling too skanky you can skip the shampoo but go right to conditioning, instead. I've never made it past 3 days.
I've heard people with dreads can use a powder that absorbs the oil, and then you shake it out. I'm not sure about this.
I wash my hair every day. But, I am also rarely found without a beanie.
I keep my hair trimmed to about an eighth of an inch or shorter.
I wash my hair twice a week and use Paul Mitchell products because I've found those are the best for not leaving buildup.
I also don't use any product in my hair -- but if I have to use hairspray or something I'll wash it every second day.
But then again, I wear a hat at both of my jobs.
i only wash my hair once or twice a week using burt's bees shampoo and conditioner and i use a few drops of jojoba oil. my hair never looks or smells dirty or greasy.

My bandana, let me show you it.
But really, I've developed the habit of not washing my hair every day and no one ever says it's nasty. I average every 36-48 hs between washings. So chances are unless it's been like three days since your last wash, or, unless your hair is all up in someone's face, no one's going to notice.
