Cheesecake is one of those things which is very awesome when done right, and downright disappointing when done wrong.

I really really really want to eat sushi even though I've been a vegetarian (including no fish) for 15 years. I feel like I'm missing out on something. There...I said it.

since it's a food confessional. I'll say this:
Doritos, nacho cheese. No other kind, just the OG nacho cheese. When I get stoned, I eat these.
I am lactose intolerant and YES they use real cheese. So it's a fun time, always!
@ extemporaneous : You're missing out on a delicious world of meat. Things that taste really good had to evolve to run away to ensure their survival. Cheetah is probably exceptionally delicious.
