Runnin' with the Devil

Sports team, I'm sure. I'm guessing college football/basketball. My guess would be New Jersey's hockey team, but they don't have an actual devil logo.
That could easily be a high school logo, too. Arizona State has the *Sun* Devils, but their logo is more cartoonish than the one in the pic.
From wikipedia, Re. St. Clairsville, OH - where the photo was taken:
"Public schools
St. Clairsville is currently home to St. Clairsville High School,[8] Middle School, and Elementary School. The St. Clairsville Mascot is the Red Devil. The school system serves grades Pre-K to 12."
I'm really getting sick of her, the full-of-shit spin her campaign puts out, and anyone associated with Team Clinton. She needs to STFU. Honestly, if she wins the nomination (which I can't see happening, but who knows?), I will not be voting.
Yeah, that'll help, esp. since McCain has a hardon for WW III.
Please vote.
@AA: Can't do it. I am not going to support her kind of bullshit politics. I realize this helps McBush, but I refuse to vote against a candidate rather than for one. She pisses me off that much that I'd rather just not participate, and I guarantee I'm not the only one that feels that way. So if she winds up stealing this thing, I do think McCain will win it sadly.
You know, Andrew, this is the kind of thinking that has gotten us into a horrible mess. Please don't take what I'm about to say personally.
Your principles in a flawed democracy are equivalent to burying your head in the sand, I'm afraid. Every vote should count. Our country was irreparably harmed because of people voting for Nader. There is a substantial difference between the Democratic and Republican parties, particularly in regards to foreign policy. War with any other country in the Middle East, esp. Iran, would be disastrous.
Your non-participation is in fact participating. There is no hiding from the damage another Republican administration will do.
Given that the democrat will without doubt win massachusetts, if Clinton wins the nomination I will not vote for her.
I'll vote, but I will not vote for her.
Fuck man. The Democratic candidate needs a noticeable mandate.
Jesus.
This really makes me want to weep.
The saddest part about the whole mess is that it's been framed into "Racism vs. Misogyny: Which do YOU support?"
I support anyone who isn't an old white man with a lust to bomb Iran and who sings so merrily to Jan and Dean.
Period.
Hey Art, I hear you, really. I would've even made the same argument a few weeks ago. The problem is that Clinton is acting like a RepubliCANT. She's using Karl Rove tactics. I can't support that. The reason I call myself a Democrat is because I love this country's values and want to support candidates that do as well. She's not living up to her end of the bargain. I don't want the evil fucks to win, no matter what party they belong to. She has now proven herself to be an evil fuck, and I can't abide by it.
So you're not going to vote and let the other guy... who is way more of a menace to American values... win?
Because of PRINCIPLE? This is why we got fucked by the Republicans constantly. They'll hold the line in party unity no matter what. I swear to god that idealistic crap from the 60s has tainted the Democrats.
Politics is not... has never... will never... be pretty. It is axiomatic that anyone who runs for office should not be allowed since they lust for power and have to sell their souls to do so.
You don't think all that corporate money that Obama has taken isn't going to have an effect on his policies if he were elected president?
This is naivete of the most dangerous kind.
Hey, don't call me naive. I take politics a lot more seriously than most people I know. I am not naive. Like Beej, I live in a solidly Democratic state that will undoubtedly go to Clinton if she wins the nomination. I understand your point about winning with a margin to claim mandate, but I am not going to give that to her.
When it comes to corporate money, I know damn sure that he isn't nearly as sold out as she is. I know no politician is clean. I get that, but he's the cleanest of the bunch, as far as I can tell. I believe in positive and negative reinforcement to change behavior. I will positively promote Obama and negatively not promote Clinton to affect change as much as I can.
And yes, you're right. The RepubliCANTS hold the party unity no matter what precisely because they don't have any principles other than an absolute commitment to power. That is not something I want the Democratic party to try to emulate.

She really is
Democratic Party crash and burn over Michigan, Florida, and these sorts of things.
Bombs will rain down on Iran, and we'll enter into a war with incredibly rough terrain, 5 times the population of Iraq, and a more unified population.
It's been nice. I'm glad I'm moving out of the big city, I think.
don't blame me, blame her bullshit tactics
she's the one that got us to this point, no one else.
I'm not blaming you. I'm blaming the idiocy of the party. Surely they wouldn't have foreseen that denying Florida a primary would fuck things up in a close race... oh no.
This might make '68 look like knitting circle.
Clinton voted to call Iran's Republican Guard a terrorist organization. I have no faith that she would not end up in a war there either.
Beej: I don't think she's got a hard-on for war like McCain. I'm really terrified of that guy now.
@AArtaud - yeah, but gunning for war and being prodded into one end with the same result. I believe with Clinton that if the political math adds up for her, she'll go to war wherever she feels she needs to to shore up votes.
Well she can't declare war until after being sworn into office, and with a Democratic majority (please god) in Congress, she'd have little incentive to do so.
McCain can do as he likes as Commander in Chief, minority party or not. He'd be less accountable or beholden to anyone in that situation.

GAHAHAHA
