People who only answer one of your questions in response to your email. Do they assume only the first question is relevant?

@Navin - I wish that was the case. :( I asked if she got my paperwork I turned in when she wasn't there. And when we start getting paid. Guess I only get to know she got it. Not the really important part - which is - how I'm going to afford my apartment if I don't know when we start getting paid.
Tony Robbins says that part of "mastering the influence" is ignoring the first question someone asks, and answering the following questions in a way that helps you highlight the good.
I'm one of those people. I hate reading emails because they are generally from stupid people giving me bullshit and the more I read the angrier I get. Omission of information is better than the dressing down I would give if I actually read through the damn things. This is why I am a crazy/weird Latin professor, not a bitchy one.
