Man, that sounds good.
However, I'm trying to keep my blood sugars low (apparently even the internet blood sugar) so someone else can have mine.

Recipe:
16oz of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
Graham Crackers
1 Stick Butter
Foil Cupcake Cups
Directions:
Mix Cream Cheese & Sugar in a bowl until smooth and fluffy. Add in vanilla. Beat one egg and add to the mix.
Crush graham crackers in a ziplock bag. Melt in microwave with one stick of butter. Mix. Spread mixture with a spoon into the bottoms of foil cupcake cups.
Fill cups 1/2 to 3/4 of the way with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Voila!
YUUUUUUUUUM! I'm going to try making these for our work holiday par-tay.
