A 20 Gauge Semi-Auto shotgun (I love clay pigeon shooting, but suck a lot with a 12 gauge.)

@jay - oooh a 40 cal. fun. i don't own any, as i am broke, but i've shot a few handguns at the range a bunch of times, and have done a b unch of clay pigeon shooting at my friends cabin with a variety of shotguns (both pump and semi-auto). it's fun. and amazingly good for clearing your mind. i find myself concentrating so much on the guns and using them safely and properly (partly b/c i will admit they scare the shit out of me, in the good way) that by the time i'm done, whatever i was worried about before is gone. at least for a little while.

I've gotten to shoot a Desert Eagle .50. It's pretty satisfying when you actually manage to hit your target.

ive got the Ruger Mini-14, and an NAA mini revolver in .22. that revolver is so small, im suprised people dont "keaster" them into prison.

@Skanko - The Desert Eagle doesn't have that much kick to it really. It's so damned heavy that it doesn't go very far at all. However, after a couple of mags, you'll probably want to go shoot something else for a while. Like a .22.

I don't think you'll shoot your eye out because you wear glasses. Those have to count for some sort of protection.
