mean that i dont know who the fuck you are, probably

Jay Def said, (37 days ago)

Yeah, I get that too. Johnny often confuses me.

El Indio said, (37 days ago)

it usually doesn't take me long to determine where johnny is at, though. he has a strong personality. very distinctive.

a few people though...wtf? WHO ARE YOU?
and apparently they are not new.

HI JAY.

hey man, should i concetrate on HTML or take Java just for the fuck of it?

ok, go. hit me.

Jay Def said, (37 days ago)

That's true...I often suspect it's him before too long. But it can be disorienting. Especially that time that I had gotten removed from his team. So I was like "who is this that is on my team, but I'm not on theirs."

I don't think you'd know me anyhow.

Jay Def said, (37 days ago)

It couldn't hurt to learn Java.

It's not like a company would say "We were going to hire you until we found out that you know Java."

Jay Def said, (37 days ago)

@lamefinalbossfight - I think I know who you are...but then, if I'm correct, I don't really know you very well anyway.

El Indio said, (37 days ago)

lame: at least you have a pic. good job!

Annoys me, too. If they are on my team I can usually narrow it down, though.

Knowing HTML/CSS only is not going to land you a very high paying job. However, Java enterprise work in a entirely different beast and requires years of experience working on different projects before you reach a senior level.

I'd say it really depends on what you want to do. Object oriented programming and design (no matter what language you choose) requires a lot of experience to attain a level of mastery, but if you enjoy it, it will lead to a more flexible career path.
