I'm thinking about tanning for the simple reason of light therapy.

It's 4pm and I haven't left my bed. This isn't good.

There isn't a place around here to get a light therapy box. I may go look for one in a bit. My friend just invited me to dinner so now i have to get up.

replace all the bulbs in the house with full spectrum ones?
