i use a shure wireless monitor with either the e2c or e3c buds. i'm quite happy with it.

I am thinking of starting with a wired PSM 200, which can be upgraded to be wireless by the addition of a transmitter. It might be better to just skip the 200 series and jump directly to the 400 series, but then I'd have to go wireless from the get go.
