Oh yeah... There are opossums living in my bedroom walls. I'm not shitting you, there are at least 3 of them in there. I didnt know about them until after I moved in and I found out about them around 3:30 a.m., after having watched "The Abandoned" (Not that great. Wouldn't recommend it. Definitely wouldn't recommend it before waking up in the heart of night to thumping, dragging and scraping sounds spread out in the walls surrounding your bed) I don't have the heart to tell the landlord because I'm afraid they'll be killed.. But man they annoy me sometimes.

when i moved into my shack, i had squirrels in the walls and ceiling. they've since moved into the old outdoor oven. occasionally, i can still hear acorns rolling around. i'm hoping it's totoros up there, now.

I think we have an understanding these days. I'm all like "look guys... I don't want to have to report you and send you to your deaths, but the bumping around in the middle of the night is not going to fly." So when they start doin it I start talking to my walls all "HEY.. HEY.. HEY, STOP IT" and I'll smack the wall and they'll stop moving around for the most part.

man, i TRIED to have an understanding with the animals in my house. i told the squirrels they can live there, as long as they don't dig THROUGH the walls, and they had to sleep at night so I could rest. they didn't accept these terms. then i tried to tell my mice they could stay, as long as they didn't eat my food. again, they violated my trust.

animals got no respect anymore.
