This weekend my husband and I drove 9 hours each way to New Orleans for absolutely no reason. I love having freedom.

@Menda: Actually, I've learned that East Texas and West Louisiana are pretty lame. We left here late so we got to NO at 2 AM.

@Jas: This is the second time I've gone back since Katrina and I didn't think it was creepy at all. I was there for New Years 2007 as well.
