I hate that feeling of "I need to do more for them." when I know that I've already done everything I can.

I understand completely. That said, don't underestimate what you've already done for them, which I bet is pretty substantial.

@Superion: Yeah, it just got overwhelming at times. The brightside was I saw a patient who came in and it was the first time I'd seen her out of a wheel chair and rather healthy.
