Take a b-complex vitamin with lunch. I take them everyday and it helps me tons.
if u want to be wired for a few minutes and then feel like crap again you can drink some redbull or amp energy drink. i'm not knocking them though i like them.

go outside and walk briskly for 5-10 minutes. Then stab yourself in the hand with your stapler.
