Same dilemma.
My boss wants me to take on a new "hybrid" position of some of what I'm doing now and some other stuff I've never done before. I'm excited and nervous and stressed all at the same time, but I have faith in myself. I'm gonna try and stick it out through the holidays at least.

I think i'm going to stick with mine through the holidays too. I'm just going to find a second job to take up the time i'm wasting. Since I bartend at the place all the other bartenders go when they get off work, I always feel like I need to go to their bars to show them love as they do me. This has pretty much kept me from saving like i want to. I mean, I made at least a grand three weeks ago just in tips and have spent it all plus what I've made since. I make 3g in tips a month on average and I haven't saved a dime. This has to stop.
