I'm gonna take this opportunity to brag about how in love and happy I am. Please do the same.

Seriously. I was looking at the pictures from Lebowski Fest that Bizzy took of Patrick and I and it was like "oh damn, this guy is pretty much my best friend I have in the world."
Right now I'm kinda mushy for my internet-turned-IRL friends. They always make sure I have good times, places to sleep, beer/food, lulz, a ride, someone to listen, and a buncha other stuff. And they let me play with their animals, which is 1000% awesome because I have none of my own.
Mush mush mush.
I really like the internet people I've seen so far. It's nice, because I'm always sort of wary of meeting people on the internet because it's so full of intolerable dorks, but I've really lucked out so far.
This weekend, my boyfriend and I were listening to wait wait dont tell me and he told me that if he ever got rich he would have a castle, and he would name it Karl Kassel. I almost shouted I love you in response.
@lady, those are good moments. I love the early relationship where those kind of things almost come flying out of your mouth and later on, you find out your were holding it back as to not freak out the other the entire time.
@twiffy, he DOES look a bit like Harry Potter. I like scrawny boys like that.
We had late night date night last night and the waitress came by and saw that I had scootched all the way over to Trevor's side of the booth and kissed him and she just kept walking. And then didn't come back for 15 minutes, which was problematic because we were done eating and getting tired and wanted the check. It was pretty funny.
It was weird the other day. I noticed that I rarely sit on the same side of the booth as him anymore, but in a way it was sort of nice to realize we were "seasoned" like that.
When we first got together, we'd severely gross out the waitress at Norm's because we'd be sitting right next to each other, kissing and drinking our cocoa every night.
@Mace: Yes, its good that you guys are still smooching like that. It gives me hope.
I almost made entire groups of people at HArdly Strictly Bluegrass want to vomit yesterday, but luckily they were fixated on the concert.
@Tiff: People had to point it out to me. It was when my mom said it that I knew it must be true. (How does she even know Harry Potter?)
My favorite moments are when I catch him smiling that smile (like the one in that picture) Or if I am reading or whatnot, when he is done on the compy he will come and sit up against me, not near me, but actually against me. *swoon*
I like meeting families, too. I come from a fairly close-knit one, so it's important to me to see where people come from.* A friend this weekend said that it weirded her out when her boyfriend's parents said she was "one of the family." But I like that feeling.
We don't always smooch in booths. In fact, the boy is not very big on PDA at all. Which was funny, as this weekend at HSB we were with two VERY affectionate couples, and we weren't even sitting next to each other. But I know that behind closed doors, he can't keep his hands off me.
* In fact, we had a whole 'where to spend xmas' convo last night, even though nothing has been planned in either of our families. But he's never spent the holidays away from his folks, and I think that's sweet.
I cannot really participate in this thread, because I'm not in love. I'm doing okay on the happiness thing, though. :)
I am doing ridiculous things for love and moving back around the world for real this time. I worry love has made me a little bit mental. He makes my heart do little summersaults of joy.
Agreed, Pep.

I have nothing to brag about as of late, but I'm totally thrilled for all you folks! Clearly love is in the air!
I didn't say awful, Sarah! I just said different! I have no problem with your lovin'. So long as I'm not trying to talk to you while your mouth is busy.
Oh, I know we're awful. It's a real shame. But I don't plan to stop anytime soon.
I am and always have been in love with "R", but he's getting some serious competition of late from someone whom I know loves me much... too bad that person lives ~1500 miles from me and therefore cannot visit often. =0/

Yay! I have a darling boy. Everyone says he looks like Harry Potter. ^_^
