@twigby- I just took a quick look at unemployment rates... basically they expect the US to get as bad as nova scotia was in the ealy '00s (between 8 and 10% unemployment). And that's not so bad. I can understand that if you're used to money it's HORRIBLE, but as some poor maritimer that's really not that bad. It was so much worse in the mid-90's.

was this a reaction to 10% unemployment? or a yes I have my helmet and hockey gear at the ready, lets fire up the bio-diesel motor car and head off into the desert?
