I don't really think Megaman 9 is that hard?

i'm finding it hard and yeah i fully admit it's because i forgot how to play 8 bit games
it's more frustrating than anything, and when I get frustrated things get exceedingly more difficult
I actually watched a video of Mega Man 9 and I didn't think it was gonna be 8-bit.
I thought it'd be 16 at least because Mega Man 8 was 16-bit. .as was 7. . .that doesn't make any sense.
yes
a new Bomberman game came out on WIiWare, with 8 WAY ONLINE PLAY
I wondered when we'd get a real Bomberman game
Megaman 8 was 32 bit. It was a PlayStation game. They just wanted to be retro. He doesn't even have the ability to charge and slide which he gained in Megaman 3. This is like directly following up Megaman 2, which is fine with me, since that was my favorite Megaman game.
oh yeah, I did completely forget part 8 was 32 bit.
. . . . it's a folow up to Mega Man 2, eh?
wow, I didn't think they're laziness with Street Fighters story would carry over into the Mega Man series.
at least they didn't call it "Mega Man Alpha"
Uh, it's a game about a blue guy in shorts shooting robots. Who cares about the story?
But the story I assume follows Megaman 8, but I was talking gameplay.
They painstakingly recreated the 8-bit experience. There's an option to turn on 80's style sprite flicker.

Everyone is bitching about how Megaman 9 is impossibly hard. I downloaded the demo and once you learn the patterns it's not hard at all.
Maybe you guys saying it's so hard have forgotten how to play games like this? It's mostly a matter of knowing where to go and memorizing it by rote and if you fuck up and die, going back and doing it again. I wish the demo let you fight the boss though. kind of weak you can't.
