It's the earliest I've ever pulled this kind of thing off, and yes, it's a tremendous relief, especially considering that I'll be paying nearly $100 less in rent for this space.

Soul: Not really; it's literally a couple of blocks removed from my current hole. But, it's much more professionally managed, and as noted above, the price was too low to resist.
