Yeah, just outside of Taipei, it was supposed to be a resort town, but the most prevalent story for its abandonment was that an unsettling number of construction workers were killed while it was being built. And apparently, tearing down houses is a huge no-no in most Asian cultures, so this place just sits there looking like the set of "The Jetsons: After The Apocalypse".
