Mad: Yeah, I'm glad to have it back, but still leery after last year's disaster. But, I'm parking my ass in front of the TV tonight, for sure.

@Art I just hope we can get some continuity and resolution. First season basically got thrown out the window during season 2 so I'm a bit wary. I hope you like the song, I think it's a pretty good fit. Oh and congratulations on that writing gig.

Mad: Thanks! Something that ocurred to me while writing my season preview post: Niki and Nathan are featured prominently in the advertising, right? But D.L. is still dead. Poor bastard never could catch a break.

@Art I know! I was really upset about that. Do you remember the previews for the season 2 finale? It was all like and one (or maybe two) of our Heroes will die! (Duh duh duh)

Oh, they never said "die." They said, "Two Heroes will fall." I hate chickenshit adverts like that in TV more than I do in comics.
That's the other thing: as much as the creators were all "it's not like a comic, really!" during the first year, a bunch of bad comic tropes started showing up last season. And don't get me started on Maya.

@Art Haha Maya is such an awful character. She looks like somebody told the writers that they needed to diversify. It's embarrassing and so is the pre-Heroes shenanigans.
