Erinzzz said, (80 days ago)

sure you can say it, but do you know what it means?

Erinzzz said, (80 days ago)

OH! And she gets an early start on the teasing!

-j. said, (80 days ago)

Obloquy, turpitude, bubble.

Start another thread on "favourite words to understand", and my list will look quite different, Smarty-pants.

-j. said, (80 days ago)

Ooh, also "smarty-pants".

Erinzzz said, (80 days ago)

There's a video group on Flickr where people are given a list of words to say so everyone can hear their regional accents. I think we should all do that too based on the list we get in this thread.

Erinzzz said, (80 days ago)

@Ginger - It's http://www.flickr.com/groups/word_time/ but we could start our own group.

@Smart-Tea - Now I am singing "I'm a shark, I'm a shark..." in my head. haha!

Erinzzz said, (80 days ago)

@LameLamb - I always say "nawwwmean" (sp?) out loud when I read it in your threads.

@FiZ - Mosey is a good one!

Erinzzz said, (80 days ago)

I also like saying "juice" because I whistle the C and so I have to say it very deliberately. It's often a point I get made fun of for.

FiZ said, (80 days ago)

sibilance

snozzberries

Erinzzz said, (80 days ago)

@Biz - So you think it's SNOZberries. I have had discussions with people on whether it's SNOZ or SHNOZ. I mean, if it was shnozberries wouldn't they essentially taste like boogers?

-j. said, (80 days ago)

Cobalt. Prong. Bifurcate. (Spanish word: barrilete.)

bizzy said, (80 days ago)

Yeah, shnozberries do remind me of something you might cough up unexpectedly.

Another favorite thing to say out loud: Yakkity Yak.

@erinzzz- exactly, thats what you say while you robbin' someone.

Erinzzz said, (80 days ago)

@Skanko - You could never get away with it. Your head-to-toe red Lumberjackness would give you away.

Skanko said, (80 days ago)
