I found out that the GRE got pushed up a month early. I have until Friday to register. Wish me good luck!

Ugh. The damned GRE. I have outdated Barron's study guides, from before the GRE conversion to the new test. So useless. I was supposed to take it years ago and kept flaking on it because I had no definite plans for grad school. I still don't know if I want to go for an MLIS, or get an MA in New Media, or just getting teaching credentials, or what. I should just TAKE the damn test...

@Grandma: The subjects are in October and November because they wanted to make sure the scores were sent with the actual application. I know my general tests are probably invalid because they changed the format, and I took it three years ago. Oy!

I will probably take it again, just so I can improve my score, which definitely necessitates a new study guide. I will let you borrow mine.

Good luck! I took the GRE a few years ago, it wasn't bad at all.

@Laydee - Your test scores should be valid for 5 years.
