Why I Hate Valentines Day

Actually, i have no problem with Valentine's Day, I mean, c'mon, our modern idea of Santa was largely invented by the Coca Cola Corporation. Plenty of good stuff comes from sleazy sources

I just think that we should get back to a proper baccanal. Government sactioned sex in the streets, i say. Three day romps in the woods with fountains of microbrew and "enhanced" brownies for everybody.

What do I think of Valentines day? It's fine, I guess, but if it were up to me, we would put Samuel Delany, Circus Amok, Charles Busch, and Ridley Scott in charge.
