Soooo I didn't expect such an uproar over this. The way he said it, I didn't take it as a codependant thing or that he was actually 'addicted' like I was a drug.
Because of our interaction and conversations, I took it as "I'm extremely taken by you and want to get to know you more and spend more time with you."
Now I was in a very possessive relationship once, so I'm familiar with the red flags, so unless he starts acting like he's losing his sense of self because of me, I'm just going to enjoy feeling of having someone as smitten by me as I am by them.
