So I have decided I'm not going to take a job where I'm profiting by screwing people over, like I was doing in auto financing. And I'm not gonna take the job researching foreclosures for property investors to get cheap and sell when they industry improves.

It's a rare moment of moral behavior on my part, but I figure if I spend 1/3 of my life somewhere, I should be doing something I don't feel guilty about.
