Pros and Cons if you date me.

pro: see above.
con: sausage fest.

Pro: I make excellent chocolate chip cookies, I'm super-supportive & encouraging, and I have a decent job with uber-cool co-workers who I hang out with outside of work. Also, my dog is awesome.

Con: I am STILL paying off debt incurred while in grad school 7 years ago, and, while I live in a cool little condo downtown, the hood itself can be sketchy. No matter how fearless or protective you are, someone's gonna come along and fuck your shit up in my hood (read: your car will very likely be broken into or hit parked in front of my building).
