Have you ever tried garlic sprouts? I think that's what they're called. They're the green tops of the plant. They're even more garlicky than the cloves. I want to put them in maki rolls, but Jude doesn't like them :/

My boyfriend doesn't like much garlic in food. I would put a lot of cloves in there but instead I hold out. WHAT, HE DOESN'T WANT TO SMELL AWESOME? It's good for your immune system too. Raw garlic, whole.

I had "Garlic Chicken White Pizza" Lean Pockets for dinner last night.
The garlic chicken was pretty damn good. The sauce was less than satisfactory. I don't know where a white pizza came into the mix.

I am a garlic fiend for any savory dish but, I greatly prefer toasted garlic to raw garlic in food.
On the downside, I'm actually allergic to garlic. If I have too much over a short period of time (as garlic builds up in the bloodstream), I get headaches and light asthma. Not so good.
