Is anyone here on Couchsurfing.com? It's helped me do a bit of traveling and I've met some really awesome people.

I miss you, too. :(
Hey! I'm coming to Philly at the very end of October! Will you be there?
yes - i wholeheartedly endorse couchsurfing.com - those guys were so great.
Tova, we should connect on there! Are you signed up?
Jesse, I think I will be! Especially because just today I thought it would be really funny to audition for a Rocky Horror Picture Show somewhere. I mean, why the hell not?
Yesyes! I will come and be your fangirl like old times, and Libi can come sleep on your couch and we will all make peach sorbet and it will be awesomeness!
I wanna squeeze you both!
Libi, of course you can. Anytime! As long as I am in town which is most of the time :)
Jesse, any specific dates on your arrival in Oct so I can mark my delightful calendar?
I am on it, though I only used it once in my past 2+ months of travelling. It worked great for me in Helsinki, the guy I met was a totally good dude and showed me around the city all day.
After that I was too short noticed in the two places I was heading in Europe and couldn't find a host and stayed in Hostels. I find Hostels to be a whole lot easier, though obviously a bit pricier. I reccommend couchsurfing.com if you're going somewhere for a night or two and you have some time to set it up with people. I like it as a concept, though I've heard that some people use it for perv-purposes (like dudes only allowing female guests). To each their own?
@Aleigh: She's getting married on Halloween, so I'm thinking Wednesday, October 29th through Sunday, November 2nd.
Joel-- you are awesome. I've never encountered creepies through the site though I'm sure some have. I am very cautious.
Where are you living nowadays??
Jesse-- That sounds like an excellent time. Maybe we can have a costume party?

No, but we hosted a few awesome people from Georgia back when I was in Philly, and those people ended up hosting Dave and Tova later, so I approve.
