I cannot wait for Fall. I think about it and it makes me feel like everything is right in this world. What do you like to do in the Fall? Suggest fun for others too.

i always enjoyed apple picking up in western mass/maine/new hampshire

i may actually fly home and do that this year w/my folks

I like to go apple-picking, go to haunted houses, haunted hayrides, hayrides on an orchard to the apples, pumpkin picking, pumpkin carving parties, picnics with pumpkin carvings, bake vegan pumpkin pie, make homemade applesauce with the apples I picked, dress in a last minute costume that confuses people on Halloween, ride bikes with a light jacket on and maybe some tights, ride bikes to a secret spot of mine in Philly and watch the water while laying in the grass, go to random towns outside of the city and see what Fall activities they have going on... and I've always wanted to try a cornmaze. and Camping.

My daughter's a Halloween baby as well, so we spend most of the fall planning her birthday party and costume, which is always a good time. (This year, it's all Doctor Who themed and I have to make a TARDIS cake)

Booknut: Well, yeah, that's another reason I'm skipping town. heh.

(I am an escapist and I must convince myself that the fun times of summer are not over yet. Fall is nice but people get really busy and there are way more hangings out in the spring/summer)
