i've only spoken to mine once in 5 years. i left him a note about something being broken once and the handyman called me back, and i called him yesterday because my fridge broke, but he's in bosnia (or sebia, i can never remember) so his daughter's taking care of it.

@cocktails...at least you get your repairs done. It sucks to have your fridge break. ugh! Did you lose a lot of food?

thankfully, i'm a single 27 year old and only lost a few veggies and a jar of pasta sauce.
Mine left the basement door (which grants access to the insides of the entire house and is in the front) open for two days while he went out of town. I just shut it now, but I wonder what kinds of animals might have wandered in. I'm not checking.
