Anyway, back to the issue at hand, I don't feel you can conclude that Obama "dances like a white man" simply from this video. He's a politician, he could easily have just been tactfully not upstaging his host. Were he to give up the funk, he risks scaring away both conservatives who might otherwise assimilate him because they share the same moves and liberals who might be offended by his embarrassing or even "turning" a prominent lesbian icon with a display of proto-virile breakdancing expertise.
Also this is clearly edited to serve the fiendish manipulations of The Man.
I don't think you need to worry that there is a grand Machiavellian deception at play, taking it's cue from the misguided 1985 C. Thomas Howell film Soul Man, just yet.
