The front porch kitten came back tonight

My friend who lives down the street lent me a few days worth of cat food for him. Now I'm scouring craigslist to see if anyone posted a Lost Pet ad for him.
Take a look at these pictures, then take a look at mine. Do you think that's the same cat?
I hope he finds a good safe home, Mizsarah lovely. He came to the right place tho, that's for sure. I know that's where I'd be if I got lost. &hearts
He did seem to understand that I'd feed just about anyone hungry. I'm such a soft touch.
Last night someone commented on your other thread that if you put butter on a cat's feet it will lose it's way because they leave their scent trail through their feet. I thought for sure you would remember that!
Oh, yes, of course. Now I recall.
Though I couldn't imagine wanting this cat to leave. He's pretty charming.
Heh, it sensed your immense knack for hospitality and decided to be your friend. Good decision I say.
Update: I'm trying to lure him inside now. He's made it as far as the living room.
(I'm going to sound like a total jerk for saying this, but I don't want a grey cat at this time. My last cat was grey and it would make me very sad.)
He's not really grey. He's striped. Only some of the stripes are grey.
I think you inspired a cat dream last night. I took in a stray cat as well, even though my landlady totally forbids it.
So - posted a found cat ad on craigslist and got one response. How can you tell if a cat is microchipped?
Also, the guy at the pet store where I went to put up signs was so nice! He gave me free kitty litter, wet and dry food, and a toy mouse. Flaco ignored the mouse, but was quite happy with the food.
Aw! I saw the pictures, and he's not too too shabby or tiny. Maybe he is actually someone's in/outdoor cat. But since he's young and prone to wandering they should at least put a flea collar around him or something. Maybe if he does belong to someone, and they find your sign, they will.
I guess it's possible he had a collar and pulled it off somehow. This is an indoor cat. I've had the front door open for an hour and he is showing no signs of wanting to leave.

Damnit, I'm having trouble posting photos here.
