"The Human Variation project receives more male submissions than female, the reverse of the situation when this project began. As a result, there is a great disparity between the number of male photos waiting to be posted (20) and the number of female photos waiting to be posted (0).

While there is no denying that the male body is as valid a subject as the female, it is the intention of the project to present a representative sampling of human variation, and a skewed male-female ratio is not representative. From this point forward, each male submission is held in the queue, in the order received, until a female submission is received to post with it. If an intersex or transgender submission is received (as we wholeheartedly hope will be the case), it will be posted the next time there is both a male and a female submission to post with it."

Funny that they don't seem to post many non-whites on this website though...
