Advice: If I broke up with a guy four months ago, but he still left some stuff at my house and never asked for it back and I don't want it... CAN I PLEASE JUST THROW IT AWAY?

I was going to add it to my Goodwill stuff.
It's comic books and some of his childhood books. The nostalgia factor is why I even hesitated to get rid of it.

I wound up writing him another message and telling him if I didn't hear back from him, that they were going to Goodwill. He called me and DID actually want them, so I put them in a bag on my front porch for him to pick up. I'm too damn nice.
I was mostly just afraid that I was going to have to see him today, and not only that I was going to have to see him, but that he was going to see ME all disgusting and sweaty NAAAAAASTY, and if I have to see that guy, that is definitely not how I want to be seen.

I don't talk to the guy anymore, but I broke my silence and sent him a myspace message asking if he wanted his stuff back because I'm moving and putting stuff into storage. He READ the message, but didn't respond.
