Internet sites still blocked for Olympic reporters

http://amuseriot.com/ Dear China, We are all aware that you have committed grave crimes against both man and nature in your obsessive quest for superpower status. We know that this includes the brutal suppression of a free press and all who question your absolute authority. That said we also want access to your consumers citizens so we’ve thrown you a bone and allowed you to host the Olympics. But if you want the media arms of our mega-corps to help get the word out that you’re great and not beating as many monks/students/peacful demonstrators these days you need to allow us access to that internet thing. Many thanks, The Western World

my family live in shanghai for many years....using the internet over there BLOWS! you can't even go on to BBC.com. thankfully our place had a tap into a bbc station - the only english speaking channel might I add, to get news in other parts in the world. I was there while they were celebrating the China's 40 years oppression of the Tibet Autonomous Region - they made it seem like it was a great fucking idea taking over the region. totally crazy.

I hope they at LEAST let monstercockcravers.com through!

This is just a continuation of their tortuous policy toward their citizens. The welling up of poisonous energies in the body from anorgasmia is a crime against humanity.

Dr. Ruth and I will be holding a conference to discuss this matter shortly.

What I find amazing is how many angry Chinese accuse the Western media of riot-worthy bias on such issues as human rights or Tibet.

anything that goes against their way of thought is considered to be a possible riot-worthy bias. its fucking china - they crazy!

So in short:
CHINA, just like cold war RUSSIA but more populous.

I don't think writing them off as crazy helps at all. And Westerners aren't helping either by complying and designing the network filters and handing over the identities of internet activists so such perverse freedom-of-speech enthusiasts can be imprisoned.

Oh make no mistake I think we're just as guilty as they are. From Google to Clinton, Walmart to Bush we have complied with their demands. That said, my original point was that if they want the world to love them (admit they're a legit rising superpower on the world stage) they need to let the press get the word out.
